About
Admission committee is formed with Principal as Chairman and faculty as its members. The committee plans its activities before the admissions of various UG and PG programs. It reviews the admissions trend in various programs and gives necessary feed back to the management. It serves the candidates and parents during and after the admission process by informing guidelines of the CET(Common entrance test) conducting authority and the joining institute. It gives the necessary information to the different CET Conveners from time to time during the admissions
Functions
The committee meets once a year to plan and review its work, and the minutes of meeting are kept. It makes suggestions to management on scholarships for the highest-ranking candidates, as well as brochures and advertisements. It works with the office personnel to assist candidates with the admissions process
• The committee ensures that the college website is up to date with the most recent norms and regulations of the AP and APSCHE governments.
• The committee gathers vital information for brochures and advertisements, such as placement information; and it assists rural candidates with web counseling.
• The committee ensures that the highest-ranking candidates are admitted to the institute since the management offers scholarships to them.
• After the Convener of CET assigns seats, the committee assists parents and candidates in enrolling in the institute.
• Throughout the counselling process, the committee will provide the Convener of CET with information on students who have been reported or who have not been reported.

Roles
1. Principal is the Chairman of the admission committee.
2. Senior faculty act as members and coordinators of the admission committee.
3. Chairman of the admission committee constitutes its members and coordinators prior to the beginning of the academic year.
4. Chairman of the admission committee calls for a meeting to discuss and review the activities for the upcoming academic year.
5. Members of the committee discusses to attract candidates and to improve the admissions
Responsibilities
1. To update the college website's admission policies in accordance with the Common Entrance Test (CET) administered by the government of Andhra Pradesh and APSCHE.
2. To display the students achievements in campus placements through admission brochures and advertisements.
3. To help rural students regarding web counseling.
4. To attract top students to the institute through advertising, the management offers merit scholarships.
5. To assist candidates and their families in enrolling in the institute after the CET convener has allotted seats and made the required preparations for a successful admissions procedure.
6. To provide the CET conveners with information regarding the list of candidates reported for various courses at various stages of the admissions process.
