Mentoring is a method of strengthening trusting connections through caring for, sharing, and encouraging the mentee's growth and development. It is critical for mentees to build a bond with their mentor in order to receive correct assistance in order to attain their objectives. A mentor's major responsibilities are to help mentees overcome their fears, gain confidence, and learn about professional options. Mentors might use the approach to identify and encourage the abilities of people who have less exposure inside the supporting organization. This can result in a greater diversity of expertise and ideas
